Verve Broadbeach Terms and Conditions

Deposit- A 25% non-refundable deposit is to be made within 5 days of booking accommodation

Full Payment- The balance is required 4 weeks prior to arrival date.

Security deposit- A $150 security deposit is required at check-in and is refunded at end of stay

Changes- If you wish to change your booking, we will endeavour to accommodate such requests, however they cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellations- Cancellations will only be accepted at our discretion, with consideration given to, but not limited to the length of stay, the season, time of notice, and the ability to re-book the apartment. Cancellation fees may apply.
